Terms of Service (TOS)

1. General

By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
All communication must be clear and respectful.

2. Payment

Payment ONLY through PayPal
Payment is made after the detailed sketch is approved
Work will not continue until payment is received.
All payments are non-refundable once work has started.

3. Commission Process & Revisions

Clear references are required before work begins.
Updates will be sent upon request.
Small revisions are allowed during the sketch stage.
After completion, revisions are limited and may require extra payment.
Style changes are not allowed after approval.
If payment is not received within 5 weeks after the sketch has been delivered, the commission will be automatically marked as CANCELLED.

4. Usage Rights & Credit

The artwork is for personal use only.
No resale, redistribution, NFTs, or AI training.
I retain full copyright of the artwork.
I may post WIPs and final artwork unless requested otherwise.
Credit is required when posting online.
Do not remove or alter my signature or watermark.

5. Turnaround Time

Turnaround time will be discussed before payment.
Delays may occur due to health, workload, or personal reasons.

6. Cancellations

Full refund is available before work starts.
No refunds once the commission is in progress.

7. Content Rules

I will NOT draw:

NSFW
Pedophilia, zoophilia, or feral characters
Heavy mechanical details
Hateful or uncomfortable content

I am ok with suggestive commisssions

Commissioner's Rights (Summary)

Receive the artwork after completing all payments.
Request small revisions during the sketch stage.
Cancel before work starts for a full refund.
Use the artwork for personal purposes.
Post the artwork online with proper credit.
Request the artist not to post the artwork if stated in advance.
Be informed of the estimated turnaround time before payment.
